Our Process

Our processes are customized to suit your industry and when it comes to Facility Management Professionals, we know that you require information relating specifically to your craft and the service you are providing.

Within 1 business day of receiving your assessment request, we will contact you to schedule a site review.

This assessment is where a Certified Window Film Professional will visit you at your client’s site equipped with all the tools needed to accurately provide a quote to you and your team.

It’s important for us to visit you, because while a picture is worth a thousand words, being able to put ourselves in your space and see the challenges firsthand is worth a lot more.

We will of course look at the glass in question, but will also consider factors like:

We will also take precise measurements and fill you in as to what we do as we do it! All of this is done while taking into consideration your schedule and workload.

We pride ourselves in being excellent, active listeners, able to uncover details through our physical assessments, but also (and often more importantly) by truly connecting with you.

How long does it all take?

Let’s give you more of a start-to-finish overview.

What can cause completion dates to vary?

Once we give you a quote (after site assessment) and you take the time you need to make a final decision we will be ready to get started with speed and efficiency as soon as you give us the go-ahead.

With larger projects, the overall budget will often drive the completion time as installation scheduling may have to be catered to best suit your spending parameters.

We are able to install quickly as we have a 10,000 square foot facility where we keep most of our products in stock, helping us achieve deadlines that matter to you.

Our better-than-industry-standard warranties safeguard and secure your window film purchase as a timeless investment
